President / Owner
Growing up around the construction and restoration industry, Parker developed a firsthand understanding of the craftsmanship and relationships that built Riggio Boron Ltd. into a respected name over the past 30+ years. As a second-generation owner, he now combines that foundation with a background in corporate finance, business development, and analytics to modernize operations and drive smart, sustainable growth.
Parker is focused on improving efficiency, leveraging technology, and strengthening client partnerships — positioning Riggio Boron for continued success well into the future.

VP | Sealant Division
Matt provides architectural and quality control services for Riggio Boron Ltd., conducting building inspections and delivering expert recommendations on critical repairs and proactive maintenance, including project pricing. With over 30 years of experience in project management, consulting, and exterior wall system design, he brings deep field and architectural expertise to every client engagement. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin, where he also pursued graduate studies, and is active in the Building Enclosure Council (BEC) and the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).

VP | Masonry Division
Jeremy oversees Riggio Boron’s masonry operations, working directly with clients to develop the most cost-effective means and methods for delivering projects on time and within budget. With more than 28 years of experience in the masonry industry, he has managed and operated restoration projects totaling over $100 million. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University.

Office Manager
Diane is Riggio Boron’s office manager. She manages all office operations including payroll, accounts payable and receivable. Diane also assists in providing project document support and assists with bid documents.
